Beyond Awareness

Last updated: [Insert publication date]

Welcome to Beyond Awareness. We create practical digital resources to help organisations build greater understanding, inclusion and support across their workplaces.

Please read these Terms & Conditions before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

1. Our products

Beyond Awareness provides downloadable workplace resources, including policy templates, awareness materials, facilitator guides, conversation resources and practical implementation tools.

The contents of each product are described on its individual product page.

All products are supplied digitally. No physical items are shipped.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Our products are available as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, annual licence renewals or recurring fees.

Any applicable taxes and the total amount payable will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

3. Organisation-size licensing

Our products are offered under three organisation-size licences:

Up to 100 employees

101–500 employees

501+ employees

Please select the licence that matches your organisation’s total employee count at the time of purchase.

Your licence continues if your organisation subsequently grows. We do not require you to monitor employee numbers, report ordinary growth or purchase an upgrade solely because your organisation moves into a larger size band.

4. Permitted use

When you purchase a Beyond Awareness product, your organisation receives a non-exclusive, ongoing licence to use the purchased materials internally.

You may:

  • Download and securely store the resources.

  • Use them repeatedly within your licensed organisation.

  • Share them internally with employees, managers and relevant teams.

  • Deliver the included briefing and conversation materials as often as needed.

  • Adapt editable materials to suit your workplace’s circumstances.

  • Incorporate relevant materials into internal onboarding, staff development and workplace initiatives.

Purchase once. Use again and again.

5. Restrictions on use

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in our resources.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

  • Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the resources.

  • Publish the original materials or substantial portions of them online for public access.

  • Share purchased files with unrelated organisations.

  • Include the resources in products or training packages offered commercially to external customers.

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original Beyond Awareness materials.

Internal adaptations remain subject to these restrictions.

6. Digital delivery and access

Products are intended to be delivered electronically after successful payment.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files.

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

7. Refunds

Because our products are downloadable digital resources, we do not provide change-of-mind refunds, including for accidental purchases, incorrect product selections or resources that are no longer required.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for further information.

8. Educational and workplace guidance

Beyond Awareness resources provide general educational information, workplace guidance and practical tools.

They do not constitute legal, medical, clinical or personalised professional advice.

In particular, our policy templates are starting points for organisational development, not legally approved policies. Organisations are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to their circumstances and applicable laws, obtaining qualified HR or legal advice where appropriate.

Our resources do not guarantee any particular workplace, employee or organisational outcome.

9. Respectful and responsible use

We encourage organisations to use our resources in ways that respect individual differences, privacy, dignity and personal choice.

Materials should not be used to pressure employees into disclosing a diagnosis or other personal information.

Organisations remain responsible for their own employment practices, workplace decisions and compliance obligations.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, templates, designs and other materials supplied by Beyond Awareness remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

Customers receive the usage rights expressly described in these terms, not ownership of the original materials.

11. Product changes and updates

We may improve, revise or discontinue products over time.

A purchase includes the version supplied at the time of sale. Future updates, revised editions and additional products are not automatically included unless expressly stated.

Any changes to these terms will not retrospectively remove rights already granted under a completed purchase, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

12. Liability and consumer rights

Organisations are responsible for determining whether our resources are appropriate for their circumstances and for implementing them responsibly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Awareness is not responsible for outcomes arising from decisions or actions taken independently by an organisation using our resources.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
